Creating Your Service Standard, openly raises the issue of ‘what are clients paying for?’ By the end of the module advisers have discovered for themselves the great things they already do and have packaged them in a way clients can understand.
Module 2 - Segmenting Your Clients
Segmenting Your Clients, explains why this basic service standard may need to be packaged slightly differently for different client segments.
Module 3 - Pricing and the 4 Ps
Then and only then does it become possible for a meaningful pricing model to be considered as part of a basic marketing mix.
Module 4 - The First Client Meeting
Having created a client segmentation and service proposition the next challenge is how to set this up effectively at a first meeting with a new prospect.
Module 5 - The Review Service
The Review Service, helps the business deliver on the promises it has made for ongoing service.
Module 6 - Converting Existing Clients
When everything is working effectively the adviser’s existing client base can be approached to buy into the new client focused business methodology.
At the end of the process a series of sticking points that used to look insurmountable to most advisers have been easily worked through.
The course has been designed to be completed in order. Each unit takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour to complete and contains:

- A comprehensive library of ready-made templates that advisers can modify, brand and use immediately in their business.
- A Resource Centre that contains further information for advisers to access on each topic.
