Further to our recent series of workshops I wanted to just write to thank you for a thoroughly beneficial four days.  At the beginning of 2009 I was spending a considerable amount of time developing and working on our financial planning practice. Whilst I was making developments into shaping the business the way I wanted it, was hard work reinventing the wheel.

When Dimensional kindly informed me of your workshops I jumped at the chance as I had heard very good feedback from other advisers who have worked with you. The four days gave me the infrastructure, systems and processes I had been searching for in an easy-to-use format which I could adapt to our specific business principles. By staggering the workshop days over the course of the year it has allowed me to really develop, hone and define the shape of our business into exactly  what I wanted.

Since starting the workshop my business has increased its turnover and has become more profitable. However, in addition to this my staff and I now enjoy the day-to-day work considerably more as it is properly structured and we are now all more focused on the same goal.

I would thoroughly recommend anyone considering working with Brett and FP Advance to do so. Especially if you are looking to tailor your business without having to reinvent the wheel.

May I congratulate you on a very good presentation provided in a professional and easy to use manner. Seriously, though:

- Adviser 1 has said (as you heard) that it is probably the best seminar which he's attended in the last eight years or so

- Adviser 2 has e-mailed in to thank you for an "excellent talk"

- Adviser 3 has e-mailed in to say how much he enjoyed the discussion.  He said, "good presentation" and "excellent delivery"

- Adviser 4 has e-mailed to about 20 of his colleagues urging them to attend, if they're available, one of "the best courses ever run".

- Adviser 5 has come back to say that it was "excellent" and "very good"

- Adviser 6 said that it was "very useful"

- Adviser 7 said that it was "very worth while"

- Adviser 8 said that she was "glad she got up at 5am to get there"

I'm sure these echo the reports on the feedback forms.  However, it is somewhat unusual for our members to be so forthcoming with praise.  Normally they're quick to tell us what needs improvement, but not so quick with the good news. Therefore, I thought it worth a further note of thanks.

I'd like to add my own thanks as it was a very useful session (or three!). The ideas and information you put forward have given me food for thought.

Overall, I thought the sessions were unbiased and put forward logical arguments with a clear balance and a sound structure.  In particular, the use of short role plays, and the referral to case studies, brought the whole session to life and added to reality."
