Client Segmentation - Where do I start?
In the previous article we looked at the benefits of segmentation. Now it’s time to get to work on actually segmenting your existing clients. Start by listing all clients in descending order of the income they provide to your firm annually. That is, how much money they produce from renewal income of any description. Don’t include any initial commission unless it occurs every year.
